These Terms of Service govern your access to ArtForce websites, mobile apps, creator tools, community features, subscriptions, and related services. ArtForce is operated by AIDOER LIMITED, RM 18 2/F, TUSPARK, 118 WAI YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG. By creating an account, signing in, or using ArtForce, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

• Do not upload illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Do not scrape, spam, manipulate rankings, bypass access controls, or interfere with platform security.
• Do not use ArtForce to generate or distribute deceptive, abusive, or unlawful AI content.

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant ArtForce a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, translate, moderate, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the service.

AI output can be inaccurate or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

Some features may require payment, credits, project participation subscriptions, or third-party checkout. Pricing, taxes, refund rules, project terms, and payment timing are shown before purchase when applicable.

You can request Account deletion from the app account area or by contacting support@artforce.ai. Deleting an account removes or anonymizes personal data associated with the account unless we must retain limited records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or payment compliance reasons.
