What would make a Vibe Grow pilot worth paying for?

Before committing to a subscription, what should a paid pilot prove? Would you pay for a diagnosis, a narrow workflow, a measurable experiment, or saved time? What would make the pilot feel like real value rather than another demo?

I would pay for a pilot if it found one acquisition problem I had missed and showed the evidence.

Reply to founder no mrr: A diagnostic should use my real data, otherwise it is still a generic demo.

A paid diagnostic makes more sense to me than a free trial that generates generic content.

Reply to cx lead nina: Saved time only counts if I do not spend the same time correcting the output.

For B2B, the pilot should improve one stage of the funnel, not promise full growth automation.

Reply to lowbatteryhuman: The final recommendation should include what not to keep paying for.

I would pay if the system saved five hours a week without creating extra review work.

Reply to growth_ops_kim: Weekly review feels like a good entry product.

The pilot needs a clear baseline and a decision at the end: continue, stop, or change direction.

Reply to sam_draws_sometimes: For a small business, even $100 needs a very concrete outcome.

Give me a narrow fixed-price experiment. Do not make me estimate credits before I understand the product.

Reply to hmm_okay: Exactly. The evidence matters more than a polished report.

I would pay for a weekly growth review before I would pay for auto-publishing.

Reply to finance_ops_lee: For our team, $1,000 could be fine if it creates qualified pipeline and the method is repeatable.
