This Privacy Policy explains how ArtForce collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use our websites, mobile apps, creator tools, community features, subscriptions, and support channels. • Account data, such as user ID, login provider identifiers, email address, phone number, display name, avatar, roles, and authentication session information.
• Profile and creator data, such as bio, handle, public profile assets, creator pages, project descriptions, and preferences.
• User-generated content, such as prompts, scripts, story drafts, posts, comments, replies, reports, blocked-user actions, images, video, and other media you submit.
• Transaction and entitlement data, such as credits, subscriptions, project participation units, payment status, refund status, and purchase history.
• Device, log, and usage data, such as IP address, browser or app version, device information, timestamps, diagnostics, security events, feature usage, and approximate region inferred from network data.
• Support communications, such as messages you send to support@artforce.ai and information needed to resolve your request.

• Provide accounts, authentication, subscriptions, creator tools, AI-assisted generation, uploads, community features, and customer support.
• Operate safety systems, moderation, report review, blocked-user controls, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
• Process payments, credits, refunds, entitlements, creator participation records, and compliance records.
• Improve reliability, performance, localization, recommendations, product analytics, and user experience.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run ArtForce, including hosting, storage, payment processing, analytics, security, email, support, translation, and AI infrastructure providers.

Retention and deletion practices depend on the type of data and the reason it is held. Account profile data is kept while your account is active. Security logs, transaction records, and support records may be kept for a limited period needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

You can request account deletion in the app account area or by contacting support@artforce.ai. After a verified deletion request, we disable the account and delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.

• You may report content, block users, leave communities, delete drafts, and delete your account through in-app controls where available.
